• All custom and personalized items are made to order.
• No cancellations, changes, refunds, or returns are accepted once an order is placed and order is created.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
• If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
• Refunds are not issued.

Shipping
