Welcome to Viola LLC (Viola Art Decorations). By booking our services, submitting payment, or engaging in a consultation, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before placing an order.

🎈 Balloon Décor & Custom Items

1. Booking & Deposits

  • Clients must provide all event details, including event date, location, theme, color preferences, and design requests.
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking qualify for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, deposits are non-refundable and applied toward the final balance.
  • Final design approval and full payment are due no later than 7 days before the event.

2. Notice Requirement

  • A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required for balloon décor and custom item orders.
  • Large-scale or last-minute events may be accepted based on availability and may include additional fees.

3. Delivery & Setup

  • Local delivery and on-site setup are included with balloon arches and installations.
  • Service areas include: Newberg, Sherwood, Beaverton, Portland, Tigard, McMinnville, and nearby Oregon cities.
  • Setup is included in the package price unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations & Changes

  • Deposits are non-refundable after the initial 24-hour booking window.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may incur material and labor fees.
  • No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event.
  • Changes to theme, location, or event date must be submitted at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Last-minute changes may be possible but may incur additional charges.

5. Liability

  • Viola LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, venue access issues, or other external factors.
  • Once décor is installed, the client assumes full responsibility for its care.
  • Viola LLC is not liable for injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from misuse or handling after setup.

🎁 Custom Gifts & Shipping

1. Shipping & Availability

  • Select custom gifts (such as bottles, tumblers, and gift baskets) are available for nationwide shipping.
  • Some items may be local pickup only, depending on size and fragility.

2. Custom Orders

  • All custom and personalized items are made to order.
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted once materials are ordered or production has started.

3. Shipping Times

  • Standard orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after completion.
  • Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier.

⚖️ General Terms

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Viola LLC reserves the right to refuse service in cases of non-payment, misuse, or policy violations.
  • These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
