At Viola LLC (Viola Art Decorations), we offer local delivery and setup for balloon décor, as well as nationwide shipping for select custom gifts. Fulfillment and delivery depend on the type of item ordered.

🚚 Local Delivery & Setup (Balloon Décor & Select Custom Items)

We currently provide local delivery and on-site setup for the following:

🎈 Balloon Arches & Custom Installations

Delivered and professionally set up on-site
Delivery and setup are included in the package price, unless otherwise stated

🎁 Select Handmade & Personalized Items

Some décor or gifts may qualify for local delivery depending on size and order details

📍 Service Areas:

Newberg, Sherwood, Beaverton, Tigard, Portland, McMinnville, and nearby Oregon communities.

⏰ Timing:

Delivery and setup times are confirmed during booking or through follow-up communication.

✨ Care:

All items are handled with care to ensure proper condition upon delivery and installation.

✈️ Nationwide Shipping (Custom Gifts)

Select custom gifts (such as bottles, tumblers, and gift baskets) are available for nationwide shipping.
Some items are local pickup only due to size, fragility, or customization.
Standard orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after completion.
Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.
Free shipping may apply to select products or promotions.
At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.

❌ Cancellations, Refunds & Shipping Notes

Orders canceled within 24 hours of booking may qualify for a full refund.
Once materials or supplies have been ordered or production has started, orders become non-refundable.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Viola LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has shipped.
